It's quite hard to get. I got a copy from BCC libraries then ordered my own copy through Angus and Robertson, but couldn't get it from Borders.
It's a great reference book to keep at home on your book shelf. If you're sensitive to chemicals, have allergies, don't have a lot of money, want to be environmentally-friendly, etc... then this book is brilliant!
It's basically an encyclopedia (A-Z) or a cleaning bible for the home, which lists all sorts of green substitutes for chemicals. For instance, you can look up: "WASHING MACHINE" and it will tell you how to clean scale out of a washing machine, using no chemicals. You can look up, say, "RUST" and it will tell you how to clean rust stains without chemicals, etc.
I have saved a lot of money on cleaning products and also experienced a decrease in allergies since I started using this book.
I think it's brilliant. I recommend it! ( )
