Interesting story. An amnesiac wakes up with no memories of her past and a newborn baby. A cop enters her life to help her put the pieces back together and she ends up falling for him. This story had some interesting twists and came together nicely. I had a good time reading it. ( )

REVIEW: “It’s not what you’ll remember…but when.” Sexy Detective Shepard Novak is supportive and helpful while trying to find clues to Evie’s past. She is struggling not only with a newborn but also with the emptiness of her memories. Not trusting herself, Shepard nor anyone around her, she flounders alone. The story could have done with a little less of day to the day dirty diapers and newborn dilemmas. I would have preferred a little more focus on the mystery of her background and relationships. The snarky sense of humor did bring fun to the new mother situations. Overall, it was an enjoyable read. This is my voluntary review of an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
