I think this was too short to really get anything from it. It was a very short glimpse into the world but it didn't really offer much more than that. Seems interesting, will be picking up the next one. ( )

This is a prequel short story to the Elemental Web Chronicles series (which I already read and loved). This was decent but very short, it provides some nice background though.

This story gives some nice background on Emily and Luca. It’s very short and took me maybe 15 minutes, tops, to read. I got it free for Kindle though so I can’t complain. Half of the Kindle book is a preview of book 1 in this series (which I have already read).

Overall this is a nice quick read. It’s well written and gives some good background if you are a fan of the series. ( )
