Super Steamy, Yes. A few editing errors but overall well written.
So, my problem is these are listed as 'Dark Mafia' on kindle and I went into this series expecting that. Which goes to show that when your expecting a certain element in a book and that book does Not have that element, it greatly hinders your enjoyment of said book.

This is NOT Dark in any way. At All.
What it is is a very Erotic Romance. The main male characters are a part of a mafia family, but the stories themselves are not dark. I think if you read these with that in mind, knowing your going to get a Super Steamy Erotic Romance, you will enjoy them more than I did.

I do plan on continuing this series, but with a completely different mind set.

Oh, and there is some 'Sappy' dialogue. So really these have a 'Sweet' flavor to them.

Just remember, they are Erotica, Not Dark Erotica!

I love Renee Rose's Tacone family books. They are mafia books, but not as mafia-y as some of the other books are. The focus on the books is much more on the characters, I think, than the fact that the mafia is involved.

Corey is a croupier at Nico Tacone's casino. One night, when she catches a cheater at her table, she calls over security, and it turns out that it's Stefano Tacone, Nico's little brother. Stefano is there to help run the casino and hotel. He's also looking for a dealer for private games. Corey has a lot of great recommendations and she's really observant, so he's pretty sure that she's going to be perfect for him. And she is the perfect dealer for the game, at least until the worst happens.

I like Corey and Stefano together. He seems to really pay attention to Corey and really sees her, which isn't anything that most people have done for her. It's pretty cool. I don't think that he's as heavy-handed as some of the other alpha-y types have been. That doesn't mean that he doesn't want his own way, but he also pays attention to Corey and pays attention to her so much.

I'm looking forward to the next part of the story. It looks like it should be interesting. ( )

Another great book from this author. Love how she makes spanking and punishment so sexy.I am pretty sure she can write anything and it would be good. However, her writing mafia makes it even better. This book had the suspense, steam,and characters to make this a great addition to this series of standalone s. ( )
