While this was a quick read with a gorgeous K-9 labrador called Abernathy, I must say I found the plot and writing simplistic and quite repetitive. I thought Eva's nephew sounded much older than a three-year-old and the fact he spoke so fluently was unrealistic. Although "Blind Trust" was supposed to be a mystery, I felt the author spent too much time on the romance between Eva and Flint I wanted to see Abernathy and the other K-9s in action far more than they were. A meh read. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe

This was another entertaining installment of the True Blue K-9 Unit continuing series, although this one could possibly work as a stand-alone. There was a sweet romance between Eva and Finn as they grew closer together while working together to find Cocoa and the package. The suspense was good and kept up throughout the story. I absolutely loved the dogs. Finn’s wonderful brave partner, Abernathy. And I was worried about dognapped puppy, Cocoa. A very enjoyable read. ( )
