The stories of her ventures are very informative and interesting. They inform the reader of both the excitement and fulfillment in building a successful company, yet also reveals some of the debilitating problems that can arise. In addition to this, she offers six steps one can take to accomplish one's goals. At the end of each chapter, she lists examples of strategies to overcome problems and possible gains.
At the end of the book, she offers a recap with an "Assessment " to evaluate how much has been retained and understood.
Although this is non-fiction, it is written in a type of Story form.
