She was disappointed by her suppose to be forever partner, and yet she didn't wallow like many might; she took an introspective look and discovered that while still a shite situation, it was ending whether the transgressions occurred or not. She held her head high, took what life gave her one at a time, and never backed down from trying to discover what life AND love still had in store for her. Harry was carrying pain from his past that just wouldn't let go. His unexpected connection with Kate was an unplanned but welcome salve to his heart, awakening feelings long thought lost. He was just bookish enough to be endearing, and lead with kindness in his heart; how could you not fall just a little bit for him! Watching them dance around each other as days go by definitely set my heart aflutter, and when a "knight in shining armor" is needed, the adorable table turn was just that much more of a jolt to the heart. Women's Fiction and Contemporary Romance fans alike will delight as they make their way through the pages of this not to be missed summer reading escape. It reminds us that just because a door closes, it doesn't mean that's the end of our story...but rather it COULD be the beginning of our true happy ever after. **ecopy received for review; opinions are my own geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
