She relates it to content like pulling the dog in a wagon or kicking a soccer ball. Then, the students had to create a treat dispenser using materials for Cece's dog. I like this book because it introduces a science concept like push and pull but on a level that younger students would understand. It also follows Cece through the process of creating a treat dispenser applying push and pull. I think it would be fun to incorporate into an engineering experiment where students have to use push and pull to create an object to solve a problem. I would read out loud beforehand, maybe even have students create their own version of a dog treat dispenser. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
