A fun Dino rhyming board book. A Dino fact is paired with a silly Dino rhyme. The illustrations follow suit with a realistic Dino and a silly one.

Well, this was long awaited, and thanks to Abigail at LibraryThing, we got the mystery solved, and I received a copy of the book. Luckily, this was a fun, well drawn and written children's book, with rhymes that will engage young readers, especially those who are totally enamoured with dinosaurs already. It shows a variety of the creatures in their natural habitat, and then, on contrasting pages, shows them in modern kid's clothing, doing normal kid things, with silly and interesting rhymes to accompany the pictures. The illustrations are done in a way that mimics children's drawings, using what look like crayons or colored pencils for the execution of the originals. The expression on the dinos are clever and well done, and the book over all, feels very much of a child's world. If the reader is like me, it will make you chuckle , as much as the little ones giggle. Definitely recommended! ( )

Who wouldn’t like a book titled Dino Doo Dah? What a fun read it is. Each two-page spread has a four-line rhyme about a particular dinosaur. I particularly enjoyed “As the largest dino carnivore/ Spinosaurus ate lots of meat./ When taking dino showers/ they never wash their feet.” Rod Chay must have a great imagination.

Leysan Sovetnikovo’s illustrations are bold and colorful. Nothing scary about the dinos, even the T. Rex. I’m hoping my four-year-old grand-daughter will memorize some of the short poems. She’ll astound adults with her “knowledge” about dinosaurs.

Oh my stars! This book is super cute and made me laugh as I read it. I love the illustrations and details put into this book. The rhymes were sure cute and catchy. I had no heard of all the dinosaurs featured in this book, so I learned new information. I can't wait to share this book with the kiddos in my life.
