The Scream by M Sukoot is quite the philosophical collection of poetry. The Scream is an effort to lay bare the cruelty, injustice, and suffering of those who are marginalized and oppressed, those who are called others, wretched outcasts, and destitute inferiors who have been pushed into a dark abyss. It is a collection which gives voice to the forgotten and downtrodden of Iranian culture to confront the untold truths of those left out and ignored.

I found the flow of metaphor , simile , satire, ,subliminal talking about Subalterns who are exposed to torture and not allowed to speak there and alliteration beautiful and hard-hitting all at once and there are absolutely parts of this book, one can apply to their own lives and many things that can hurt your feelings because of ignorance you have towards world outside you.

This is definitely a collection for those who are heavily involved in activism and social issues and for those who enjoy into the new age.The another thing notably from the book is illustration that author used in the book is about dark, painful, lonely and trauma that gave additional effect to reader ( )

Sukoot has a vast and intriguing vocabulary, which lends itself to the architecture of the poems they've created. The intensity and honesty of portrayed imagery in the poems opens a door into a cultural and societal reality unfamiliar to me; it's refreshing. My biggest wish is that it was clear if the interesting graphite-like illustrations were created by Sukoot, another artist, or simply through the use of AI.
