I enjoyed the jealous hero but his actions didn't always make sense even with that. I felt that he should have done more apologizing at the end instead of her doing most of it. I did like how the book went on after the I love yous to show how their relationship was working out. All in all a good read but not necessarily something I'll reread. ( ) TV producer hero Jake Lang falls for co-worker Natalie Buchan, but she is still in mourning for her late husband, Angus, who died over a year ago. Natalie first met Jake at a party. She thought he looked like her husband Angus from behind. She left the party in a daze and went home with Jake. When they started to make love, Natalie said Angus’s name. Jake has been furious ever since. She isn’t interested in a relationship, but Jake is determined to have her. I really didn’t care for this book at all. The hero was too cruel and abusive to the heroine and ruined it for me with his bad behavior. (Grasping and wrenching Natalie’s hair, kissing her till her lips bled, telling her “I enjoy hurting you”, flying off the handle at anything, breaking dolls, etc.) I enjoy besotted, obsessive heroes but Jake was too much. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
