So far nothing really jumps out to me (no pun intended). The art is the same as before, nothing special and just a bit odd, though nothing I can really point out to. Lately, there's been a convergence between the two genres of romance and sports, each having been a purview for each gender. However, it's really too soon to say that a romantic sports manga is something that'll easily satisfy both groups as there seems to be sports manga with elements of romance that appeal to it's core demographic of guys, while Crimson Rose unflinchingly is more of a romance manga with elements of sports (IMHO) that feels it'll appeal more to the female gender. Not to say that Crimson Hero is bad, but so far it hasn't really been impressing me enough to snatch the latest available volume. But then, I'm a guy. :-) ( )
