I can honestly say that Shane Evans is becoming one of my favorite illustrators. He, once again, captures the unconditional love a mother has for her children. This would be a very sweet book to read around mother's day because the story shows how a mother tells her child "I love you" in ways like helping him get dressed in the morning, taking him to his favorite park, and keeping him fed and happy. ( )
