The story of the new baby is a great book for young children to read under the age of five. This story is about a family that is expecting a new baby within the next couple of days. The family gathered together to help get things set up and ready for the new born baby. After a few days of getting ready for the baby the mother of the family was starting to feel the baby come. They rushed her to the hospital while her parents watched the two anxious siblings that were awaiting their arrival at home. The mother of the family had a beautiful baby girl and couldn't wait to get home. Once she arrived home the whole family was ecstatic and couldn't take their hands off of their new baby sister.

This book is a great book for mother's to read to their children who are about to be brothers or sisters to get them excited about the new baby. This book would also be a great book to have in a hospital in the kid section to help pass by time if their mother is in the hospital while having their brother or sister.

Girl, boy, parents prepare for new baby and help care for new sister after she comes home. Not very inspiring, but factual account of standard ways.
