Great information, but the font needs to be bigger with less white space. It's a bit hard on the eyes.

A short but fairly comprehensive history of the Revolutionary War. Very objective, spends a little effort to gain both the colonial and the British perspective and struggles. Large print text and many muted, colorful illustrations, also some photographs, make this book easy to read. I can see it being of great use to a second or third grader needing a book for a report. It is not boring and also not gruesome; age appropriate. Includes a short bibliography of books and online resources and a small glossary.… (meer)
