I loved Alana and Mitchell's unique story! Alana has been raised on retreat that her mom started for abused women. No man was allowed except for deliveries. She was home schooled and unsure of herself, she had become friends by e-mail and lived through her friend's Kate's life. She was tired of being controlled by her mom and wanted her independence, so she took a vacation to see Kate in Richmond. I cheered for Alana as she made her first step toward independence by visiting Kate who talked her into going to a Reckless Beat concert where she fell in love with a pair of gorgeous eyes.

Mitchell Davies was lead guitar of the band and his three members felt like brothers to him as they had been together for a line time. Reckless Beat had started their career in Richmond and they wanted to show their original fans so love before they set out for a tour, as he played women through their panties and bras onto the stage but they seen this before and were not fazed by it, Then he was captivated by a pair of green eyes and he couldn't stop staring at her . ~ 4.5 Blind Attraction Stars ~

Blind Attraction is book one in Eden Summers new Reckless Beat series. I’m not a contemporary reader, but Eden Summer pulled me in and kept me engaged. I really enjoyed this Rock Star story. The book is funny and sweet with a bunch of thrilling emotions and plenty of hot sex.

I’m not a fan of the quick love, but Alana and Mitchell’s fast growth of feeling's did not bother me. I like Alana with her backbone, even with her sheltered upbringing and being total out of her element, she was not scared to tell Mitchell how she felt. Mitchell is an alpha male, but also thoughtful, caring and adorable. The two together where a very unlikely pairing, but it worked!

Not being a contemporary reader Eden Summer got me with her Reckless Beat boys! I enjoyed the world building, intraduction to all the characters, humor and erotic romance. I look forward to continue the series and see all the sexy Rock boys hook up.

I really liked the book. It was just shy of a 5 star read for me. I won't leave any spoilers but I wanted a little bit more of Alana with an older male character. I wanted to see that relationship to develop.

First book by Eden Summers and I'm looking forward to more from the Reckless Beat. ( )
