Written in easy to understand language, it methodically goes through the steps, from just starting up to selling your successful business or retiring. The books includes handy checklists of mistakes to avoid and gives lots of helpful pointers and topics often overlooked by beginning entrepreneurs, including management, leadership, sales, and marketing. I found the book well written and informative, and being advice from someone that has been a successful entrepreneur for 3 decades, it is worth listening to-- he knows what he is talking about.
