Unfortunately, I.m having to downsize my library and this book is one of those that is being donated to charity. A pity, because it's a lovely book. These Konemann series are beautifully put together. The photography is amazing, the colour and printing quality magnificent and the text is interesting and authoritative. I'm actually quite saddened to see it go. though I lived in Spain for four years, I never did get to visit Majorca and it's certainly a lovely part of Spain with a fascinating history. Five stars for this book from me.… (meer)

I think this book covers just about everything you'd want to know about seafood & how to prepare/cook it.

It is a large book, printed on glossy paper with an abundance of photos. The fonts are large bold for the title and ingredients, while the instructions are in a medium serif font that is easy to read. There are however, in many cases, more than one recipe per page.

As with all the Konemann cookery books, every single recipe is accompanied by a photograph with an emphasis on presentation. I have given this book as prizes and as gifts and almost always the recipient comes back to ask about the other two books (cakes and confections in the series).
