This was the book that got me to change my stance on buying books that weren't vegetarian. There's a ton of recipes in this book, and probably more than half have some form of meat or seafood. Kind of odd for a book that claims that it's a celebration of healthful foods.

It may or may not be a great cookbook. I just couldn't get past the meat thing stuck all over. For instance, in the barley section there are 7 non-dessert recipes and only 1 is vegetarian, and it only calls for barley flour.
