I LOVE THIS SO SO SO MUCH......I think this is the best age gap book that I have ever read....The slow burn and the how luc and lily gradually fall in love with each other was just so perfect！！I smiles when they kiss for the first time.
I'd heard this was a good series but I found this book a complete snooze.

Some of this is a shade melodramatic but it has lots of good things going for it and I enjoyed the mix of Bake Off Royal Intrigue Enemies to Lovers.
I think the author spent a lot of time setting up future books and I wish some of that time had been devoted to the central romance but overall it was still a fun story.
I do wish that she described the leading man as looking different than Paul Hollywood. It was enough to give him the personality but every time she mentioned his gray hair I was taken out of the story and less invested because of the Hollywood factor.… (meer)

Had me laughing from the first page and crying at all the tragic and joyous parts. Love the banter, the seamless storytelling, the feel good vibes, and especially loved the connection between the characters. Some good stories end too soon and I'm glad this one gave us all the HEAs instead of cutting us off before we are ready to end. Will definitely read more from Parker!
