Over mijn bibliotheek: Honestly I've been collecting books since I was in fourth grade, starting with the complete works of Agatha Christie, and Edith Hamilton's Mythology. I am however a bit of a scatterbrain and alot of my books have gone astray,and most of the ones I have currently are in storage, having moved back in with my parents to facilitate my studies. The books I have listed here are ones I have in my meager bookcases here, and the ones I know for sure I have in storage.
Over mij: Hello! I'm 24 years old, will be 25 in august. I'm attending the local community college to get my transcripts in order and get basics out of the way, and I eventually want to earn myself a PhD! My passions are history, especially British history, reading and collecting books, classical music (an especial fondness for Tchaikovsky), I collect teapots and have a passion for tea, and I've recently taken up gardening. Here comes the contrary bit. I have 6 tattoos, and 7 piercings (including my ears, not very exciting honestly) and have a bit of a fascination with the counterculture. I recently had the privilege to spend a total of almost three months in England, and fell absolutely irrevocably in love. I hope to at some point receive a scholarship to study either at the University of York, or the University of Lancaster. I am at heart, a scholar, and adore a good stimulating debate over an interesting subject! I've played my fair share of DnD (Planescape mostly) and had quite a Magic: The Gathering Collection back in the day, the only bit I've held on to being my Elf deck.
