Poem about dreams(goals) and the ocean

The poem was about someone who had a dream about something involving the ocean. I remember a paragraph was dedicated to describing the ocean with metaphors about the color blue. Near the end, the person had some troubles at sea, but the poem ended with not giving up on your dreams and hope.

I believe it was written by a man, and when I read it, it was being compared to another poem about dreams and aspirations. I want to say the title of the poem was simply "Dream(s)" but I may have mistaken it for that or it was the word in the title.

Last, I remember it wasn't a short read, but it wasn't too long.
