Searching for venue in From Where? not working

When trying to search for a venue where I have bought a book, the light box just closes and I'm sent back to my Your books page.
This happens both when I try to find the venue from the book page and when I try to find it from Your books. I click on the Venue tab in the light box, and type the string to search for, and press Enter. The box closes without searching for a venue.

I'm seeing the same behavior today as well.
Tried the same methods of finding a venue to add to a book I just cataloged.
Edit Your Book > From Where > Venue > Search Venue
Your Books > From Where > Venue > Search Venue
I can add a venue I have already used from the Recent tab, or from Text, but not Search.
Search bounces me back to the Edit page, and any changes made but not saved are gone.

Verified on Chrome, thanks for the report.
To reproduce:
1. Pick a book from "Your books", and go to Edit Your Book
2. Scroll down to the "From Where?" field and click to "change" it.
3. Click to view the Venues tab in the lightbox.
4. Enter any search term in the Venues search box, then click to "Search Venues"
Bug: The search fails: the lightbox closes and you're back in your book-edit page at the end of Step 1.
NB: I'm seeing some red "Uncaught" error pop up in the dev console, very briefly, upon clicking "Search Venues" but then it disappears. I don't have enough time to inspect that and see what the issue is.

But... reopening (if this should be a separate bug report, I apologize!)
1. Go to the Your Books tab at the top of any page
2. Click From Where? on a book in the list of all books
3. Click the Venues tab in the box and search for a venue
4. Same error occurs-the box closes and back to the Your Books list
