College or high school dark romance YA Enemies to lovers

Hey, I'm looking for a book where there is this poor girl and rich guy, The rich guy owns a gym that his absent fathers gave him. His fathers comes around sometimes but is normally absent. The poor girl works at this club as a waitress and she works there to take care of her very drunk mom. One day the rich dude goes to the club shes working at with some friends and ends up seeing her. They are actually ex lovers and he "Apparently" used her so now they hate each other. The poor girl is a smart quite and loves to paint type of girl and later in the story she gets a stalker, her stalker ends up being her art teacher. The art teacher is in love with her and is actually in a relationship with a student only to get pictures and other things of the poor girl for him. The poor girl actually has a brother but he's in like a motorcycle gang or something like that. I don't really know anything else about the book but if anyone can help me figure out what it's called it would be a great help. Thanks!!
