Over the next couple of days individuals will find their lives upturned in unexpected ways as the storyline builds into a nail-biting page turner.

Ms. Hickman, a tantalizing storyteller, has a gift for creating dynamic suspense, captivating characters, sharp dialogue, and sultry intimacy which sweeps readers into the story. I appreciated how the author sensitively wrote about the emotional and physically journey of Donetta, a trans woman.

Overall this is a stunning tale full of heartache and hope that is constantly suspenseful and satisfying read that will please both fans and new reader. ( )

Author Trice Hickman once again delivers with her brand of conflict, drama, and suspense. Who would think a soft-voiced author could create some of the most colorful characters in the fiction genre. I would like to spend a few hours in her head so I can get the inside scoop before it’s written. Like I shared with a fellow reviewer – Trice Hickman has a gift of giving readers different levels of drama that keeps them on the edge of their seats. There’s never a dull moment in this novel. We all want satisfaction but for some of these characters – their need for satisfaction may be DEADLY!! ( )
