I am not really a fan of historicals, but I have to say that I really enjoyed this story. It was well written, had a really interesting concept, and kept my interest throughout the whole thing. My only complaint is that it ended just as it was getting good (where we see Laurence and Avery get their HEA). I would have loved to read just a little bit more of them to see how it all worked out. Lovely story, and great Stocking Stuffers piece. ( )
