Por Satanás, ¡qué bajo he caído! Book 3 of the marvelous Bartimaeus series. The chapters narrated by Bartimaeus are hilarious as always, but we see a lot more of the person... eh... the djinni... behind all the sarcasm and boasting. Nathaniel, who had become dull and unlikable in the second book is the one who grows more. Kitty also plays a big role in the bittersweet resolution of the series.
Very enjoyable books! ( )
