This book details the senses that you can expect to experience when you are in a big city. There are so many things to hear and see in a big city and there something new every day. Everyone's experience is different and they get something different out of the city depending on who they are. ( ) A little girl finds a tin can and holds it to her ear to see what she can hear. She hears selling, yelling, men, women, dogs, cars, and much more. All the noises are from the city which she calls city noise. This rhyming book would be good when teaching children different sounds and noises, and also when teaching them about the city and how loud and busy it can be. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
In this poem an old tin can becomes an urban conch shell when, held against a child's ear, it reveals the sounds of a bustling city. Geen bibliotheekbeschrijvingen gevonden. |
