A young chicken with an imagination is laughed at by her peers until they are scared by a thunderstorm. Little Chicken Chicken then shows her talents and entertains the other chickens with a show from the things she found around the yard. The illustrations are fun and consistent throughout the story.
Peep and Ducky are back again and this time they are playing in the snow. They grab their sleds and whoosh down the hill. It is a perfect snowy day. Everything is going great until someone gets snow kicked in their face. The friends are not speaking for a moment or two, but then they start to crack up and begin playing again. This is a great book for toddlers because they are like toddlers. I would recommend this for any collection. Peep and Ducky are likable characters.
